这些不同的时刻本身就是平行现实，可以用帧来说明  that these different moments are themselves parallel realities that can be illustrated as frames

但它没有运动在里面  but it has no movement in it

没有体验在里面  no experience in it

某种意义上没有意识在里面  in a sense no awareness in it

它没有自我反射的能力  no self reflectivity in it

每个帧都是单张快照，一张潜在位置的静态快照  each frame is a single snapshot, a static snapshot of a potential position

可以说是一种潜在的存在状态  a potential state of being so to speak

因此，当你移动你的视角，当你转换你的意识穿过这些不同的帧，一个接着一个，就像你们说的  therefore when you move when you shift your perspective your consciousness through the different frames one after another as you say

在某种意义上它可以是这样的  now it can be in a sense that way

在你自己决定下一个最适合你的体验帧应该是什么的时候  as you determine for yourself what the next experiential frame ought to be that serves you best

所以更多地意识到这个事实可以让你察觉到你在到处像这样跳来跳去  so becoming more aware of that fact can actually allow you to perceive that you're jumping around like that all over the place

你们科幻小说中描述的时间旅行的方式并不是它真正的运作方式  the idea is that time travel in the way that your science fiction stories portray it is not really the way it works

这都是关于切换到平行现实，它们可能非常非常类似于你们自己的现实  it is all about the idea of shifting to parallel realities that may be very very similar to your own

所以你可能不能马上分辨出你实际上并没有在你自己的时间线上旅行  and so you might not immediately be able to tell the difference that you actually haven't travelled in your own timeline

那个帧不再包含你了  that frame doesn't include you anymore

它是空白的，而且永远都会是空白的  it's blank and it always will be

你无法回到那个时刻，你无法回到那个现实  you can't go back to that moment, you can't go back to that reality

所以当你决定坐进你的时间机器  so when you decide to get in your time machine

然后再“回到未来”  and again quote-unquote go back to the future

你会发现你将再次处于一个不同的平行现实中  you will find that you will be in a different parallel reality again

你会是那个现实的老人  you will be the senior of that reality

因为现在你已经改变了你自己历史的经历，通过见到你孩童般的自己  because now you've changed your own experience of history by meeting your childlike self

这在主时间线中并没有发生  which didn't happen in the primary timeline

所以在某种意义上，你四处跳跃变成了另一个版本  so you're skipping all over the place becoming another version in a sense

转变了你的意识变成另一个版本在另一个平行现实中的你自己  shifting your consciousness to become another version in another parallel reality of yourself

现在看下一个例子  now look at the next example

上面写着：真正的时间旅行而不是平行现实的时间旅行  the idea that says actual time travel rather than parallel reality time travel

如果你真的回到过去回到你自己的时间线上  if you actually literally went back in time in your own timeline

你不会见到你孩子版本的自己  you wouldn't meet your child self

你会是你孩子时期的自己  you would be your child self

因为你的意识已经一直存在于时间线的各处  because your consciousness exists all the way up and down the timeline already

所以，真正回到你自己时间线的时间旅行意味着，你只是再次体验自己作为孩子的感觉  so the idea of literally travelling back in time in your own timeline means you simply experience yourself literally as the child again

就在那一刻，那个孩子根本不知道长大后会是什么样子  and are right in that moment where the child has no idea what it's going to grow up to be

你完全是那个孩子，在那一刻没有别的了  you are literally that child and nothing else at that moment

这就像是创造了一个循环，让你再度经历它  it's almost like creating a loop where you're living it over again

这就是在时间旅行中真正会发生的事情，就是你不会知道你有过时间旅行  that's what actually would happen in time travel is you would not know you had time traveled

你会发现自己就是那个孩子，完全就跟你经历过做那个孩子一样  you would simply find yourself being the child exactly the way you did experience being the child

你不会知道你长大后会发明时间机器  and you would have no idea you're gonna grow up and invent a time machine

那仅仅会是你作为孩子体验自己  it would just be you experiencing yourself as the child

现在在底部  now at the bottom

你有一个类似的概念  you have a similar idea

但是虚线表示你并没有肉体上真正穿越回到过去  but the dotted line means you're not actually physically traveling back in time

这只是你让你的意识在某种程度上沿着时间线滑回去  it's just that you're allowing your consciousness to in a sense slide back down the timeline

然后感受下这个孩子  and experience the idea of the child

然而这就是你们所谓的记忆  but this is simply what you call a memory

这就是记忆  that's what memory is

实际上你允许你的意识在时间线上上下滑动  you're actually allowing your consciousness to slide up and down the timeline

但只有你的意识滑动，你体验到的是回想起，在那一刻做孩子是什么感觉  but only your consciousness and you are experiencing the idea of remembering what it was like to be the child in that moment

有点是重新体验那个经历  and sort of reliving that experience

但你并没有完全投入到时间旅行，去沿着你的时间线成为那个孩子  but you're not actually committing fully to having time traveled down your timeline to be the child

你只是让自己持续地回想起，你是有这段经历记起了那段童年时光的成年人  you are simply allowing yourself to continue to remember that you are the adult having this experience of remembering that childhood moment

你在你的时间线上旅行  you are time traveling in your timeline

但只是用你的意识，而不是用你的肉身本身  but only with your consciousness not with your physical self

这种时间旅行，你们称之为记忆  and that kind of time traveling you call a memory

做这样的时间旅行，朝着相反的所谓的未来的方向  doing that kind of time traveling in the opposite direction in what you call the future

就是你们所谓的“通灵”和在某种意义上的“预测未来”  is what you call the idea of being psychic and predicting the future in a sense
