   我们再次感谢你们每一个人 以及你们大家一起创造了这场互动   

 once again we thank each and every one of you and all of you together for the co-creation of this interaction

   

默许我们经由更多的面向，经由你们自己的眼睛， 通过你们自身的体验，你们自己的身份来体验造物   

 and the allowance for us to experience creation through that many more facets through your own eyes your own experiences your own identities

   

我们将从提醒你们 我们已经取名这次的标题叫做“授权做你自己”开始这一传讯    we will begin this transmission with a reminder that we have called it the empowerment of being you

   

好了    now

   你们星球上的许多人会认为做你自己是最简单的事情   

 many people on your planet would think that it is the simplest thing to be who you are

   但是    and yet

 

   你们许多人在你们的社会中 从小被教育相信了许多不同类型的信念体系   

 many of you are brought up in your society buying into many different kinds of belief systems

 

   比起你自己的信念系统，比起那些必然完全符合你所是的信念系统， 它更多的是与别人的信念系统有关    that have more to do with other people's beliefs than your own than the ones that are necessarily fully aligned with who you are

 

   尽管如此    nevertheless

   很多这些信念系统是被给予你们的    

many of those belief systems are given to you

 

  以便你能够完成你所选择的主题， 来探索转变不是你的信念，然后释放它们    

so that you can fulfill the theme you chose to explore of transforming beliefs that are not yours and letting them go

 

   并且用真正更能代表你所是的信念来取代它们    

and replacing them with belief that are really more representative of who you are

 

   那样你就可以体验到一个自我授权的转变    

so that you can experience a transformation of self-empowerment

 

   所以这不像是不是你的信念就不该属于那里    

so it's not like the belief that aren't yours don't belong there

 

   它们服务的目的是，通过找出这些不服务于你的信念， 不与你所是对齐一致的信念的这一过程，来让你发现你是谁    

they serve the purpose of allowing you to discover who you are through the process of finding out what those beliefs are that don't serve you that are out of alignment with who you are

 

   就像我们所说的，让你自己去创造对你有效的定义， 创造对你有效的信念    and as we said allowing yourself to create the definition create the beliefs that work for you

 

   真正更能代表你的核心本质，你的核心频率的信念和定义    

that are truly more representative of your core essence your core frequency

so that you can through that process empower yourself and become truly you

 

   当你开始释放不是你的那些信念   

 now the idea is that when you begin to let go of those belief that are not yours

 

   总之，你会感受到更大的授权， 你会感受到更多的自由，你会感受到更加的轻盈    

you will feel more empowerment you will feel more freedom you will feel lighter in a word

 

   你如何知道你在携带那些压迫着你的不是你的信念   

 how you know you are carrying around beliefs that aren't yours is that they weigh you down

 

   在你的生活中对于按照你的最高激情去行动，你感到有所抗拒    

you feel resistance in your life to acting on your highest passion

 

   在那个时候总是出现有理由不那么去做    

there are always reasons that's come up to not do so

 

   在那个时候总是有看起来复合逻辑的借口    

there are always excuses that seemed logical at the time

 

   这些都是你的线索，表明你携带了与你无关的想法、信念    

those are your clues that you're carrying around ideas beliefs that have nothing to do with you

 

   但这些东西（指激情兴奋）属于你，它们没什么重量    those things that belong to you weigh nothing

 

   它们不会压垮你，事实上它们会给予你能量，驱使你向前   

 they do not weigh you down in fact they energize you they drive you forward

as we have said acting on your highest passion brings the driving engine into your life of energy

and allows you to be very excited and very enthusiastic about getting up in the morning and doing whatever it is that excites you at that moment

 however the excitement chooses to express itself

however you choose to be you that day

   同样，这是一个自我觉知，自我识别，自我授权的过程    

again the idea is this is a process of self-awareness self-recognition self-empowerment

and it begins most crucially with the age-old concepts the age-old saying

   “认识你自己”    know thyself

   最重要的是要真正向内挖掘和调查你是谁    

the most important thing to really dig down and investigate who you are

   去了解“什么才是你”与“什么不是你”之间的区别    to understand the difference between what is you and what is not you

   并且通过这一过程， 你们许多人经常会吸引你不喜欢的东西来到你的生活中    and through that process many of you will attract into your lives quite often things you don't prefer

   这是因为你可以使用这个过程作为一个对照， 来清楚地明白什么是你不喜欢的和什么是你喜欢的之间的区别    but this is because you can use that as a comparison to have clarity between the difference of what you don't prefer and what you do

   所以任何时候，你可能会注意到你不喜欢的某个东西， 这并不意味着你在错误的道路上    so anytime that you may observe something you don't prefer it doesn't mean that you're on the wrong path

   这不是关于发生了什么    it's not about what happened

   这是关于（正如我们所说的）你存在的状态    it's about as we have said your state of being

   只要你保持在这种存在的状态： 你认为最能代表你所是的，能量的频率是你的核心自我本质的状态    and as long as you remain in the state of being that you believe is most representative of who you are that frequency of energy that is your core essential self

   你总是能够会以积极的方式利用在任何境遇下 在任何情况下所发生的任何事情并从中获益    you will always be able to use whatever happened in any given circumstance in any given situation in a positive way and get a benefit out of it

   不管它看起来如何，不管它是如何发生的，这并不重要    no matter how it looks no matter how it was originated it does not matter

   只有存在的状态会让你以你喜欢的方式 或者你不喜欢的方式来经验你的人生    only the state of being will allow you to experience your life in the way that you prefer to or in the way that you don't

   所以通过始终选择处在你的优先选项的存在状态    so by always choosing to stay in a state of being that is your preferential one

   那么你会一直让授权被感受到    you will always let the empowerment be felt

   你会一直让你的力量贯通你    you will always allow your power to flow through you

   你不会失去你的力量    you will not be giving your power away

   你将是你能够成为的最棒的表达    you will be the best expression of you you can be

   毕竟这是你人生的根本目的， 就是尽你最大的可能性做你自己，唯一无二的你所是的你    which after all is your fundamental purpose in life to be you the unique you that you are as fully as you possibly can

   这是你根本的目的    that's your fundamental purpose

   你如何选择去做，这取决于你    how you choose to do that is up to you

   你的兴奋和同步性会向你展示什么是真正的你，什么不是真正的你    now your excitement and synchronicity will show you what is truly you and what is not

   所以务必要跟随它，顺其自然    so by all means follow it and go with the flow

   但是要理解的是这不是关于控制事物    but understand that it's not about controlling things

   这是关于臣服    it's about surrendering

   当我们讲到臣服，这不是关于要放弃控制    and when we say surrendering it's not about giving up control

   如果这是你解释“臣服”概念的方式    if that's the way you're interpreting the concept of surrender

   那么你对此有一个无效的定义，而且与你真实的本质核心不一致    then you have the definition that doesn't work and is out of alignment with your true essential core

   臣服并不是意味着放弃控制    surrendering does not mean giving up control

   臣服意味着允许你自己放手你认为控制应该是怎样的    surrendering means allowing yourself to let go of what you think control should be

   并接受你实际上已经自然地在控制了    and actually accept the control you already naturally have

   因为你们每个人都在控制中    because you all have it

   一切都在你的控制之中，你只是在玩一场游戏假装你失控了    you're all in control you're just playing a game to pretend that you're not

   所以这是关于放下和顺其（真正的你）自然地流动    so it's about letting go and going with the flow of the current that is truly you

   因为这个涌流会准确地携带你去往你需要被携带去的地方    because that current will carry you exactly where you need to be carried

   这就是臣服的意义    that's what surrender mean

   通过让你自己被你真正所是的涌流携带到你真正需要去的地方    you're surrendering to the control you already have

   你就是在臣服于你已经是在控制之中了    by letting yourself be carried by the current that is truly you to the places you really need to go

   有时候像你们所说的，在你的生活中 你想要的可以与你所需的一致    sometimes what you say you want in life can coincide with what you need

   但往往你想要的也许是无效的信念系统的产物    but very often what you want maybe the product of belief systems that don't work

   和未必以你最佳利益被表达的小我结构的产物    and ego structures that aren't necessarily being expressed in your best interest

   所以这也许一直需要更清楚一点和更具建设性一点去理解， 最重要的事就是你需要什么的目的是为了做你自己    so it is always perhaps a little bit more clear and a little bit more constructive to understand that the most important thing is what you need in order to be yourself

   不是你认为你需要才想要的那么些东西    not so much what you want that you think you need

   这是关于你真正需要的    it's about what you truly need

   如果你放下并且顺应你真正的能量，你真正的本质，你真正的潮流    and if you let go and go with the flow of your true energy your true essence your true current

   你会一直体验到你所需要的    you will always experience what you need

   你只需要开始去真正信任你人生展开的方式    you just have to begin to really trust the way your life unfold

   并保持在积极的状态    and stay in that positive state

   那样不管发生了什么，不管出现了什么    so that no matter what happens no matter what comes up

   你将在那个状态中积极地回应    you will respond positively stay in that state

   你会得到益处，在每个境遇中总有好处等着你    and you will get the benefit that is always there in every circumstance for you

   你们理解一些了吗？    is this making some sense to you

   你确定吗？    are you sure

   如果还没理解    if it is not

   也许我们可以在一些你们可能有的问题中为你们阐明一些个人的问题    perhaps we can clarify some of this personally for you in some of the questions that you may have

   我们不是在提供意见    we are not delivering an opinion

   我们是在给你们一本现实如何工作的操作手册    we are giving you an instruction manual for how reality works

   这就是全部的了    that's all this is

   这是一组简单的指令    it is a simple set of instructions

   这是一个现实存在结构的说明以及你如何创造你的现实    and it is a description of the actual structure of existence and how you create your reality

   所以如果你允许自己从这本操作手册中真正地理清头绪    so if you allow yourself to really wrap your mind around the instruction manual

   你将能够利用现实的构造，现实的特性来使你获益匪浅    you will be able to utilize that the structure of reality the nature of reality to your advantage

   而不是利用它来使你不利    instead of utilizing it to your disadvantage

   当然，除非你很兴奋处于不利的地位    unless of course you're excited about being disadvantaged

   我不会阻止你的，如果你是的话    and I won't stop you if you are

   但总的来说，你们现在都认识到你们真正的力量    but the idea in general is that you're all now waking up to your true power

   你正在变得越来越自我授权，越来越自我觉知    you're becoming more self-empowered more self-aware

   越意识和越认识到你值得去体验你真实的自我    more aware and recognizing that you deserve to experience your true self

   你值得去显化真正属于你的东西    that you deserve to manifest the things that are truly you

   因为它们总是会带给你快乐，它们总是会带给你狂喜    because they will always bring you joy they will always bring you bliss

   它们总是会授权给你， 它们总是可以在完美的时机准确地带你去往你需要去的地方    they will always empower you they will always take you exactly where you need to go in perfect timing

   你将能够在你的生活中走上最小阻力的路径    and you will be able to walk the path of least resistance in your life

   此外，这些并不仅仅是甜言蜜语    and again these are not just nice words

   这不仅仅是一种哲学    this is not just a philosophy

   这是一个造物是如何构造的真实的描述    this is an actual description of how creation is structured

   所以如果你开始真正的理解，这是一个指导手册    so if you begin to really understand that this is an instruction manual

   其中只有很少的使用说明    and that there are very few instructions in it

   这确实是一个非常简单的概念    that it is truly a very simplistic idea

   然后你将开始能够使用其中含有的这些工具    then you will begin to be able to utilize these tools that are contained within it

   以一个非常明确、准确和有效的方式    in a very clear and precise and powerful way

   你将会经验到你人生中非常神奇的，非常同步性的转变    and you will experience your life transforming very magically very synchronously

   在你生活中每一个你运用了这些工具， 这些操作指南，这些知识的领域的转变    in every single area of your life to which you apply these tool these instructions these understanding

   你将能够以一个自我授权的方式走过人生的旅途，成为你真正所是    and you'll be able to walk through life in a self-empowered way being the you you truly are

   成为你被创造的样子    the you you were created as

   你将会作为拼图完美地拼合所有其他的拼图片段， 同样他们（其他的拼图）也真正地成为他们所是    and you will as the puzzle piece fit perfectly with all other puzzle pieces who are also truly being who they are

   这有道理吗？    does this make sense

   只有一点热情吗？    a little enthusiasm

for again it's all about acting on your excitement

   是的，就像我们说过的， 兴奋并不是意味着你必须要反应强烈上蹿下跳和滔滔不绝地说话    

   now yes as we have said excitement doesn't mean that you have to be jumping up and down all the time and talking a mile a minute

   不是的，你可以是平静的，你可以是平和的    

   no you can be calm you can be peaceful

   你可以是沉思状态也可以表达（对你而言是真的）你的兴奋    

you can be meditative and still be expressing your excitement the excitement that is true for you
